Namaste everyone, in this article, I am going to talk about special conditions related to the seventh Lord. When analyzing a marriage chart, the seventh Lord is to be considered. It can be a normal planet i.e., without any special position which implies a regular result and a standard life like everyone else. In such cases, both you and your spouse come from similar backgrounds, and your marital life is like that of any other human being. You love and care for each other, occasionally having disagreements - this is what we can call a standard or good-looking marriage.

The truth is that if the ascendant is dominated by malefic planets such as the Sun, Mars, or Rahu, or if it is in a malefic sign, the person is likely to be humble and not jealous of their spouse.
Secondarily, the inferior position compared to your spouse in the case of debilitation may not be literal, if you believe your spouse is more beautiful or attractive than you, this can create a feeling of inferiority. A competitive aspect, such as complexion, can contribute to this feeling.
It is said that happiness is curtailed by worry, and tension, in the case of debilitation. When the seventh Lord is debilitated, one may feel very worried and tense about their spouse. This can mean a few different things. Firstly, the spouse may be very beautiful or attractive and attract a lot of attention, which could make the person feel insecure. Secondly, the spouse may have health issues, which would also cause worry. So, in this scenario, the person would have reason to be worried about their spouse.
When the seventh Lord, which is debilitated, and the seventh house, which indicates marriage, are influenced by good planets, in that scenario, insecurity is creating worry. If the seventh house and seventh Lord are influenced by malefic while being debilitated, in that particular scenario, it is tension and anxiety related to the health and well-being of the spouse. This is generally what debilitation does.
In matters of debilitation, I always say that debilitation is divided by three. So, generally, in such cases, what happens is that this is not multiplied by three; it is divided by three. So, generally, when there is a proper affliction to the seventh house and its ruling planet, which is debilitated, the chances of more than one marriage increase. Of course, debilitation in itself is an affliction in that scenario.
The difference between exaltation and debilitation is that, in the case of exaltation, it is multiplied by three. You may enter into multiple relationships because you are unhappy with your spouse. It's important to note that this combustion is irrespective of Rashi, meaning that it crosses the boundaries of Rashi. Another thing to keep in mind is whether the combustion is growing or the planet is coming out of combustion. For fast-moving planets like the Moon, Venus, and Mercury, if they are behind the Sun, it is a growing combustion. This means that they have started combusting and will meet the Sun and be fully combust, and then they will begin recovering from combustion.
Secondarily, for the slower planets Saturn, Jupiter, and Mars, the Sun will be behind them. The Sun will start combusting them. The Sun will go and meet the planet and will completely combust them. Then, the Sun will move farther away from that planet and they will come out of the combustion.
The planet entering deeper combustion is a worst-case scenario, where the consequences of combustion are long-lasting. On the other hand, the planet coming out of combustion generally indicates more problems when the person is young, but problems tend to diminish as time passes.
When any planet is combust, it can lead to humiliation. When the seventh lord is combust, a person may feel humiliated due to their spouse's actions or relationships with other women. This humiliation can occur in front of their spouse, their spouse's family, or society.
Secondly, when a planet is combust, it is so close to the Sun that it is overshadowed. The planet cannot be seen in the sky because its rays are not reaching Earth. This happens because the Sun is the brightest star and every planet receives light from it. When a planet is too close to the Sun, it sets and rises with the Sun, making it invisible.
In that particular scenario, what happens if the seventh Lord is combust is that the happiness of marriage and the things that one expects from marriage may not be attained. Your spouse may love you a lot, but you may not feel that love. Due to circumstances or situations, you may not be able to enjoy together, creating a problem along with the humiliation that is already present. Combustion is also bad for health issues. Generally, when the seventh Lord is combusted, the spouse will suffer from many health issues or sexual diseases, greatly restricting the enjoyment of the bliss of marital life. Combustion also creates a sense of misfortune that prevails in those matters.
In this scenario, more than one marriage can occur only when the seventh house or the seventh Lord is influenced by fiery planets like Mars or Sun or Ketu or is afflicted by malefics. For more than one marriage to occur, two things must happen: first, a divorce, and then a second marriage.
In this particular scenario, since the planet is in its own Rashi, a divorce is likely. However, the divorce will only happen when the seventh house or the seventh Lord is influenced by malefic planets.
If the chart is not influenced by malefic planets, it is only influenced by benefic planets. In this scenario, the person may have a concubine, girlfriend, boyfriend, or an extramarital affair that could lead to a second marriage. To confirm this, one should also check the position of the eighth Lord, which indicates the possibility of divorce. If the eighth Lord is positively placed, there may not be any divorce. However, if the seventh Lord is in own Rashi, it indicates that the person may have multiple relationships and affairs.
What I mean is that a relationship where two people are involved with each other for more than one year, while being mentally, physically, socially, emotionally, and financially invested in each other, is similar to a marriage. This is how such a relationship should be described. Additionally, having one's planet in their own Rashi is a good combination, which can bring a lot of happiness. In this particular scenario, one can experience complete happiness in their marital life by experiencing love, care, and desire from their spouse, going out together, having fun times together, and chilling together.
Other than this, when the seventh lord is in its own Rashi, it indicates that your spouse is equivalent to you. You and your spouse come from almost the same financial background. However, if you don't come from the same financial background, it's not an issue after marriage, your spouse will meet up to your standards. You will have a good professional life, financial backup, and a good financial status as well. Since it is in its own Rashi, the love aspect in the relationship is considered better than exaltation because you share similar family backgrounds. The same condition applies when the seventh Lord is retrograde and exalted, and both are multiplied by three. If the eighth Lord is in a bad condition and the seventh Lord of the seventh house is also having malefic influence, then it will result in one bad marriage, where divorce is likely to happen. However, in a scenario where the eighth Lord is in good condition but the seventh Lord of the seventh house is influenced by malefics, the person will have one marriage, one affair before marriage, and one affair during marriage, or one marriage and two affairs during marriage. It is important to understand this result in the same way you understand the planet in its own Rashi.
Other than that, in the case of an exalted seventh Lord after marriage, the person progresses a lot. In this scenario, more than one marriage can occur only when the seventh house or the seventh Lord is influenced by fiery planets like Mars or Sun or Ketu or is afflicted by malefics. For more than one marriage to occur, two things must happen: first, a divorce, and then a second marriage.
In this particular scenario, since the planet is in its own Rashi, a divorce is likely. However, the divorce will only happen when the seventh house or the seventh Lord is influenced by malefic planets.
In the case of the affliction of the seventh lord at the seventh house, while it is placed in its own sign, it may indicate divorce given by you to your spouse and subsequent remarriage. In scenarios where the eighth lord is favorable, but the seventh house and seventh lord are not influenced by malefics, multiplying by two from the seventh lord indicates one marriage and one very strong affair, which was akin to marriage before marriage.
Exaltation of the 7th lord and Marriage
Not only that, in the case where the seventh Lord is exalted, your spouse will be your savior in times of distress.
