The birth will take place in areas defined by the rising sign or Navamsa, whichever is more powerful. If that sign or Navamsa is movable, the birth will take place on the road; if it is fixed, the birth will take place within a building. In the event that both (fixed and moving) Ascendant and Navamasha are available, birth will occur in the outward veranda of the house. If the rising Navamsa is a Vargottama, the birth will take place in the mother's house.
